There is a three-step process to registering for the Charity Pong-A-Thon

• Step One: First, click on the button below and fill out the registration form. You must fill in the information for the Team Captain, but the information for the other player may be sent in up to a week before the tournament. That info can be sent to nrose@charitypongathon.com. If you have not sent in the info for your other player within two weeks of the tournament, a reminder email will be sent.

• Step Two: After we receive your registration information, a confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours. This email will tell you your team number and also give you a link to the National MS Society website where an online donation can be made. It will also have detailed information on how to donate online so that it will qualify for this event. It is very important to follow those directions carefully as it details the only way we can be sure your donation was made and credited to this event.

• Step Three: Follow the instructions on the confirmation email and donate online to reserve a spot in the tournament. Any team that does not make an online donation within 48 hours of their confirmation email will not be guaranteed a spot in the tournament. We will inform all teams that do not donate online what their team's status is for the tournament, and if they can still play and donate at the event.

Note: If you are unable or unwilling to donate online, but would like to reserve a spot in the tournament, fill out the registration information below, and then after a confirmation email is received, email nrose@charitypongathon.com to make a different arrangement.
